Bathroom Design Mistakes You Don't Want To Make

Bathroom Design Mistakes You Don't Want to Make

Bathrooms are often neglected when it comes to redecorating and renovating – they’re usually seen as nothing but necessary while, in fact, a bathroom can be one of the best places in the house. It can be your private oasis but, unlike your bedroom, is easily accessible to your friends and household members and therefore it should be spotless and thoughtfully designed. In all that mess about the renovation, it’s easy to make a design mistake you’re going to regret, so here are the most common ones when it comes to bathrooms.

Layout issues

In order to avoid mistakes in bathroom layout, you should have a detailed plan about how your bathroom should look. Messing up the electrical outlets and light switches is pretty common and that’s how you end up with a lack of outlets close to the sink and a light that can be turned only from the inside of a bathroom. The same goes for the layout of bathroom fixtures. Ask any interior designer and they’ll tell you the same thing – a toilet shouldn’t be the first thing you can see when you open the bathroom doors nor should it take the spotlight. Furthermore, keeping the toilet and the shower separated can be even better – especially if there’s a line in front of your bathroom in the morning when everyone’s getting ready.

A lack of storage

Although it might not seem like that, bathrooms require a lot of storage space. This depends on your lifestyle, of course, but you’ll definitively need room for hair styling products and tools, makeup, towels, medicine, and other bathroom necessities. If you give it some thought, you’ll see that everything in a bathroom can serve as a storage space – behind the mirror, under the sink, on the walls. Make use of baskets, stylish shelves, hooks and get creative with bathroom storage space. Having enough storage can help the bathroom look nicer, as well – having too many knickknacks lying around will make it look cluttered and messy.

Size matters

It’s true that size matters, but that doesn’t necessarily mean that bigger is always better. On the contrary, many people make this mistake and then end up with a huge bathroom space they don’t know how to fill. Regardless of its size, a bathroom needs to be functional and balanced and that’s not always easy to figure out on your own. That’s why letting professionals who have experience with complete custom bathroom renovations do the job might be a good idea – they can offer you initial consultations using 3D modeling technology and thus help you design the bathroom you have always dreamed of.

Not lighting it properly

All interior designers agree on one thing – bad lighting is the number one enemy of the good design. Besides, getting the light right in the bathroom is of utmost importance since that’s the place where you probably do your makeup and freshen up.  To illuminate the face, for example, having one ceiling light is not enough – you’ll need task lights around the mirror. Make sure they’re on all sides of the mirror, to avoid any shade on the face. Besides artificial, natural lighting matters, too, so having at least one window is a must. Daylight will make your bathroom look airy and spacious, not to mention how much easier it will be to keep it fresh. It’s also important for keeping the mold at the bay, so make use of windows if you have the chance.

Having a bathroom renovation is a great chance to show off your creative potential and have some fun along the way. Keep these common mistakes in mind and make sure you think everything through and, soon, you’ll have the bathroom of your dreams.

The Perfect Buying Guide for Bathroom Vanities

Rona Regan

The Perfect Buying Guide for Bathroom Vanities

Are you thinking of renovating your bathroom by installing a brand new vanity? Or, are you planning on installing one in your newly purchased house? Whatever the case might be, vanities play a major role in making or breaking the look of a bathroom and thus, is a “must-purchase”. It not only improves the aesthetic value of the area, but also provides ample space for keeping all kinds of necessities like toiletries, essential clothing items, towels, medicines, tampons, electronics, etc.

If you take some time out and browse the internet, you will see that there are various companies offering different kinds of cabinets and Modern Bathroom Vanities, meant for residential purpose. You will get a myriad of options in terms of designs and colors, and can easily choose one according to your taste and the décor of your house.  But before deciding on a company, make sure that you run a thorough check on the quality of their products as well as the customer feedbacks. Apart from the brand value, here are a few things which you should consider before purchasing the product.

Take a Look

  • Measurement: If you do not take the exact measurements of the space where you will keep your vanity, it might end up in a complete wastage of money. Hence, it is very important that the measurements are accurate. If you think you have any kind of confusion regarding this, contact your retailer and ask them to send a professional who can help you with this. Take a look at the few things which you need to keep in mind, while measuring the area:

-Make sure the vanity is not too large because that might disrupt the flow of foot traffic.

-Keep in mind that the doors and drawers will need space to open.

-One door should not obstruct the opening of another door or drawer.

-Features like mirrors, outlets, electrical switches should not be ignored. There should be adequate gaps in the required areas.

-The plumbing location is directly related to the width of your vanity. So, take care of that as well.

You need to keep these points in mind while you are buying Regular or RTA kitchen cabinets as well.

  •  Number of Vanities: There are two kinds available – single and double vanities. If there is space constraint, you should opt for the single vanity one. But if you own a master bathroom, then you can think of investing on double vanities. Two sinks need a space of approximately 48 inches and hence, requires a lot of free space.
  •  Types of Mounting Options:  There are three major kinds of mounting options available for bathroom vanities, which include free-standing, wall-mounted and corner-mounted. Free standing offers maximum space and is the most common one for residential purpose. Wall-mounted ones do not touch the ground and are the best option for small bathroom areas. Corner-mounted vanities suit any corner of the bathroom because they are fitted at a 90-degree angle.
  •  Types of Sinks: You can install one out of these three popular kinds of sinks that most of the homeowners prefer for their bathroom vanities. They are vessel, self-rimming and under mount design. Go through the internet and you will come across plenty of sink designs. Choose according to your budget and requirement.
  •  Style: The style will depend on your choice and how you want to decorate your bathroom. It also depends on other factors like the décor of your house. The four main styles are:

Contemporary

Traditional

Modern

Rustic

Most reputed companies will keep vanities of these four styles.

  • The Finish of the Vanity Top: You can either go for ceramic vanity tops or stone countertops. Other options include glass and wooden finish. But the former too are safer and easy-to-maintain.

So, these are the major things you need to decide on, before purchasing a bathroom vanity. Apart from the storage and style, you also need to pay attention to the quality of the accessories like faucets, medicine holders, tumblers, etc. So, don’t delay and contact a reputed company at the earliest.

Tips To Follow Before Bathroom Renovations

Tips to follow before Bathroom Renovations

A bathroom is considered as a space which freshens you up. It is thus important to ensure that your bathroom has all things you need to charge you up.  A drab and dull bathroom can play ‘spoil-sport’ to the total look of your home and could ruin your mood. Before you dive head-on to renovate your bathroom, it is wise to consider specific points. Think of planning a bathroom of your dreams by giving this renovation enough of thought and a little effort. In case you are ready to spend a bit more, you should think of taking the help of professional designer.

These tips can help you with bathroom renovation:

Budget Considered

Keeping your budget in mind can be of a great help. You can choose the fixtures per this. Make sure you include the cost of labor when fixing your budget. There are multiple designs in bathroom renovations and choosing one in accordance to a fixed budget is advisable. By doing so, you can avoid over-spending.

Modifications Required

Decide whether you are looking for a total renovation or are you interested in specific modifications. This can include changing the tub or the fixtures or only get the bathroom painted, or even changing the tiles. A small change here and there can make a lot of difference to this space. You can get a rough idea by going through the different bathroom design on display online.

Damage Internally

Water leakage and pipes which are cracked or broken can cause a disaster. Get this inspected before you opt for any modification. These hidden problems are most of the time overlooked by most homeowners.

Storage considered

A well-designed bathroom will have enough and more space for storing toiletries. This help in giving the bathroom a neat and tidy look. All your toiletries should be well organized and easily accessible.

Design and Style

The style of a bathroom depends on the choice of the home owner. You can opt for a totally different look as compared to the rest of your house or you can choose a design which complements the home. You can also opt for a traditional look which is unique.

Accessories

Ensure you include the accessories in your budget. It does not make sense to get the whole bathroom renovated and leave the old accessories. This tends to spoil the look you have tried to create.

Lighting

Proper lighting can enhance the remodeled bathroom. Not having enough lighting can cause problems when using this space. Make sure you have enough and more light in that bathroom especially if you have children or elderly people using the bathroom.

Heating system

Placing the water heater in an unobtrusive way needs to be taken into consideration. Water heaters can become an eye sore in an otherwise beautiful bathroom.

Long-Term Arrangement

If you intend staying put in the same house for a long time, make sure to design your bathroom to accommodate the elders who are living with you as well as be of benefit to your growing children, especially to use the commode, step out of the bathing tub, walking independently to and from the bathroom door, etc.

Selecting a Contractor

A contractor who is well reputed and has the required experience needs to be chosen. Take your time and ask around. You can even conduct your search online as there will be numerous information listed about designers and contractors in your locality. Check out the reviews and narrow your choice in accordance with your requirement. Do not overlook the price factor. Compare three or more quotes before you settle for a specific contractor for bathroom renovation.

With the above-mentioned factors, you can, for sure, get the bathroom of your choice, well within your budget.

Several Splendid Bathroom Window Treatments

Several Splendid Bathroom Window Treatments

One thing is certain, the bathroom is a private sanctuary designed for relaxing experiences and coming up with ground-breaking inventions while on the throne. So, it goes without saying that bathroom windows should give you a feeling of privacy and security without the risk of giving the neighbors something to talk about. Unless you are a complete extrovert and a bit of an exhibitionist, that is.

Either way, your bathroom windows should complement the bathroom with their own style and décor, and that is why you should read the following ideas for some wonderful window treatments that will brighten up the room and create a feeling of comfort, privacy and relaxation.

A Classic Shade

You can create a feeling of a hot relaxing day at the beach by hanging roman shades on the windows. Their shorter style and checkered patterns will complement the brightness of the day and produce just enough shade so that you are not blinded by the sun, while the color patterns can go with almost any type of bathroom décor.

You can also lower the shade if needed but it’s mostly suited for fixed treatments. These shades usually come in a warm brown color tone and the fabric complements the tones found throughout the rest of the bathroom in both tiles and cabinetry.

A Paris Café Curtain

A mid-window café curtain perfectly complements and gives a finishing touch to an elegant bathroom. Place the curtain on the lower half of the window so that it ensures privacy and gives that cute café window feeling while you’re taking a relaxing bath. This option also enables plenty of sunlight to penetrate the bathroom, giving it a vivid look.

You can choose from a range of patterns and colors that best fit your bathroom décor, so opt for a curtain that will complement the furniture as well as the tiles. Try breaking the monotony of the bathroom by using interesting patterns and subtle colors that will break the conventional white colors of the elements like the bathroom and the toilet.

An Earthy Feel

If you’re someone who loves nature and the feeling of the outdoors, then try treating your bathroom windows with some woven window shades that give the room an earthy and organic feel and come in beautiful wooden patterns that will not only provide privacy but also enable you to control the amount of light coming in.

These shades work with almost any design scheme and combined with some beautiful flowers and plants, they will give a finished look to the room. You can also control the level of privacy by lowering the black-out fabric that most of these shades have.

Floor-length Curtains

Floaty and wave-like curtains come in many colors and patterns and you can use them a number of ways. In order to make the room feel like a beautiful personal oasis, a bright white color is the best choice. You can tie them up or let them hang freely, either way, they will provide complete privacy while letting in loads of sunlight.

Wooden Blinds

A classic solution for bathrooms with privacy issues, especially those situated on the ground level, are the wooden blinds. Usually, these blinds come in plain white, various types of brown colors and even black. They are very easy to operate and provide plenty of privacy with the turn of the wand. They can also provide plenty of sunlight so you have options to choose from. The added benefits are their resistance to moisture when you apply a good finish, and that they are cleaned easily.

Window Films

This is a relatively inexpensive solution to both privacy and protective issues in terms of sunlight protection, heat accumulation and glare reduction. Window films can provide the privacy you need without compromising sunlight and they are a very popular option among homeowners and people whose windows are situated at ground level.

Because of their protective features from sunlight and unwanted glare, a solar control window film combined with double glazing will ensure you have a private environment with all the benefits of full natural lighting, but without the downside heat accumulation.

A Matching Chevron Shade

If you don’t have privacy issues, either because your bathroom is positioned in such a way or it’s your personal choice, you can choose to install a valance or a flat shade that you won’t have to lower too often. Use the same window fabric as the shower curtain to promote cohesion and color patterning in the bathroom.

Introducing Hi-Tech Solutions To Your Bathroom

High Tech Toilet

Introducing Hi-Tech Solutions to Your Bathroom

When it comes to increasing the value of your property, most homeowners know that kitchen and bathroom upgrades usually create the best return on investment. Still, even if you’re not looking to sell your home any time soon, the benefits of sprucing up some of the rooms will reflect in the improved quality of life.

Since technology has penetrated almost every aspect of our lives, there’s no reason why we shouldn’t use it to improve the conditions in one of the rooms which we use several times each day. Yes, our bathrooms can also enjoy the progress brought about by the latest technology advancements.

Toilets

You might not expect it, but toilets have become quite smart. Some don’t even require from us to use our hands or paper, since they come equipped with temperature-controlled water, spritzing wands and automatic dryers, while others feature seat warmers, for example.

If you can’t stand germs or simply loathe the idea of having to clean the toilet, fear not. Some state-of-the-art toilets are self-cleaning and feature antimicrobial seats. Speaking of the seats and lids, the latest generation of toilets come with motion sensors, which trigger raising and lowering of the lid.

Generally, the trend is to make the toilet as smart as possible. This is usually achieved by automating as many operations as possible, with a particular focus on eliminating the need for touching anything, including a handle or button for flushing.

hi-tech

Faucets

Although most people associate faucets only with the aesthetic component, it has to be said that modern models are also very eco-savvy. They help us save both water and energy, while at the same time adding to the overall design of the bathroom.

Some models come with a reduced tap flow and digital temperature-control settings, while others focus more on touchless technology or programmable features, such as those for taking a shower or brushing your teeth. That allows us to use only as much water as necessary, thus also saving money.

Shower

The chances are you’re familiar with the concept of chromatherapy, i.e. use of colour lights to affect our mood. If so, you’ve probably been tempted to introduce it to your shower booth. Even though it’s generally recognised as pseudoscience, it most certainly has its appeal, which is why many people like it.

In terms of other improvements to your shower, there are powerful, sleek and water-resistant speakers that provide excellent sound quality, which means you can enjoy your music while showering. Finally, a great touch of luxury can be achieved by an in-home steam room, which uses moist heat to help you relax both your body and mind.

Hi Tech Tubs

Tubs

The days of huge tubs are long gone in case you were wondering. The latest trends suggest that the best options are stand-alone tubs or small Japanese-style soaking tubs. If you’re ready to step it up a notch, you can also opt for an air-bath, which uses streams of warm massaging bubbles.

Gadgets

Now, this is where hi-tech makes a difference. Who wouldn’t appreciate having refrigerated bathroom cabinets, which help our medicines and/or drinks stay cool or a waterproof TV, which eliminates the need to bring in your tablet with you to the bathroom. These Brisbane-based TV wall mounting pros can install aTV in your bathroom and help you create a perfect entertainment environment.

Naturally, having a state-of-the-art, hi-tech bathroom is not the cheapest investment you can make, but there are a few improvements that you can make to your home that can bring more satisfaction and joy. Also, the fact that most new homeowners are looking for smart upgrades and features in their prospective new homes means that the property is quite likely to increase its value enough to justify the investment.

How to Choose The Perfect Lighting for Your Bathroom

Rona Regan

How to Choose The Perfect Lighting for Your Bathroom

Bathrooms are usually overlooked when it comes to design. Details, like lighting, are probably the most neglected part. People tend to choose the least expensive option, or the one that’s the easiest to install. However, bathrooms are an important part of our daily routines. Therefore, choose your lighting solutions meticulously, and you will immediately notice a difference in the overall ambiance.

Main light source

The best light source for any room is always natural light. It isn’t an option for many, but try to have as much of it as possible. If there is no chance to introduce natural light to your bathroom, think about installing a nice chandelier which will make the room appear spacious and inviting. However, with all that water running around this can be a bit dangerous if not done properly. Therefore, make sure you place it at least 3 feet away from the tub. Also, add a dimmer to this solution as you might want to dim the light by about 20 percent during the day.

Task lights

It’s important to have proper lighting for mundane bathroom tasks (like applying makeup, flossing or shaving). Mirror and vanities are the best places to hide a couple of stronger (75 to 100 watt) light bulbs. Put one light on each side of the mirror at about face level. If you place it higher than, you might not like the results. Use LED lights because they are much easier to control and dim. Don’t forget to place a small light above your storage area as well – it might come in handy.

Bathtub and shower

Bathtubs can be a bit tricky to properly illuminate. Aside from the various technicalities you’ll need to consider, this area is very private so keep that in mind as well when choosing the best lighting option. Furthermore, putting fixtures too close to the tub can be pretty dangerous. Most people decide to usewet location downlights, but those who have big bathrooms may also install spotlights. Trim lights which are pretty bright and cast a large shadow are the best solution for open showers. Since these come in direct contact with water, you should maybe consider having an electrician 24 hours at your disposal

Light bulbs

When choosing the right light bulbs, your primary concern should be the way their light affects your skin tone. Also, you should consider the impact they have on the environment and the amount of electricity they consume. Halogen bulbs are definitely a smart choice, but they are a bit pricey. On the other hand, you won’t have to change them very often which means that you might even end up saving some money in the long run. Fluorescent light bulbs are a close second when it comes to tone, and they consume 10 times less energy than other bulbs. It’s also important to check if the new light bulbs fit the traditional fixtures.

A new ambiance

It’s important to note that by changing the lighting, you might feel the need to change some other things in your bathroom, as well. This change may expose a problem with your paint, or make the old paint feel inadequate. Also, by introducing a different light a room can seem more spacious, so you might want to add mirrors or a couple of other smaller decorative items.

Choosing the right lighting solution for your bathroom is much more art, than it is science. It’s good to have an overall vision of the atmosphere you wish to create, but unless you try a few ideas out, you won’t be sure which of them actually work.

How to Choose the Right Modern Bathroom Vanities for Your Bathroom?

How to Choose the Right Modern Bathroom Vanities for Your Bathroom?

Bathroom vanities give you an opportunity to do that. Whether your taste is modern, traditional or somewhere in between, your bathroom vanity should have both functional factor and aesthetic factor as it is the main focal point of the bathroom. There are plenty of options available when it comes to selecting a bathroom vanity. Two things that limit your choices are your budget and bathroom size. You can choose from variety of materials, styles, and also play around with plenty of color combinations to give a luxurious and modern look to your bathroom vanity. When you are remodeling your bathroom, you need to install some bathroom vanities like shower screen, shaving kits, bathroom vanity cabinets, tower handrails and toiletries. But you need to consider the total space utilization of your bathroom, and in this regards you can shop for some latest designer bathroom vanities available in the online market. These bathroom vanities can easily suit with your contemporary bathroom decoration, and they can easily be installed in a small space.

Tips to Make Your Bathroom Vanity Selection Easy

Before you start off with your bathroom vanity project, it is important to consider a few factors that help you to successfully finish the project. Be aware of all the possibilities that might restrict the installation of the new bathroom vanity.

Vanity Size: Basically, the size of the vanity is determined by the size of the bathroom. Larger and double bathroom vanities are most suitable for larger bathrooms, while smaller vanities are perfect for smaller bathrooms. If you are going with larger vanities, make sure you leave some space, especially if you want to keep trashcan next to the vanity.

Decide Where to Place the Vanity: The vanity is a multi-functionality asset of the bathroom. So, it requires enough space to serve satisfactorily. Make sure the vanity doesn't impact the traffic flow even if the cases or doors are open, also ensure that they don't smack other fixtures or block the entry path. Also, have sufficient space above the vanity to allow proper lighting. Most importantly, make sure you don't need to reroute the plumbing system as it may impact your budget.

Storage Space: Along with having the modern look, you also want bathroom vanities to serve the basic purpose, which is storage. Evaluate all your storage needs, this will give you an idea about the amount of required storage space, including cabinet, drawers, and shelves. You can also add some extra space by having wall-mounted cabinet and wall mounted rack in your bathroom. In this way, you can get some extra space and you can easily arrange more things in your bathroom.

How do you decorate your bathroom with bathroom vanities?

  •      Style and Color Selection: Make sure your vanity color and style matches the decor of your home. Modern bathroom vanities are suitable for homes that have contemporary look, whereas antique vanities are suitable for traditional looking homes.
  •      Choose Suitable Counter-top: It is always better to choose vanity counter-top first. Based on the position of counter-top, you can decide the placement of other bathroom fixtures, such as sink. Also, choose a material that is humid resistant and also goes well with water, because vanity countertops face water splashes very often.
  •     Use Your Creativity: Make some experiment using your creativity. Designing customized bathroom vanities can be fun and give more satisfying result. You can search over internet to get some ideas and you can make some modifications using your artistic flair.

So now install some latest designer bathroom vanities and turn your traditional bathroom into a modern one.

Bathroom Design Trends to Look Out For

Rona Regan

Bathroom Design Trends to Look Out For

Long gone are the days when bathrooms were seen as nothing but places which you needed to have at home, deprived of almost anything which would improve its aesthetics. The only focus was on functionality, with little attempt at making such places pleasant to be in.

Whether we like it or not, things have changed a lot. Today’s bathroom is a potential place of luxury, which increases the value of your home like no other room except, perhaps, the kitchen. So, what are the modern trends in bathroom design?

Introduction of High-Tech

Built-in audio systems are pretty standard and there are many options for listening to music while having a shower or a bath. Some more advanced features make it possible to answer the phone from your shower booth, without interrupting your shower. Speaking of showers, the latest designs also allow us to regulate the water pressure and temperature, and select our favorite mood-enhancing color just by using an LCD screen mounted on the wall.

While having a relaxing bath, you may wish to treat yourself to a nice cool drink from a tub-side refrigerator. However, the innovative use of cooling equipment doesn’t end there. Apart from cooling beverages, some state-of-the-art medicine cabinets also keep your nail polish, organic skin products and medications cold.

Saving Water

The increasingly strict standards related to energy and water consumption have forced manufacturers to come up with ideas that would reduce the use, but provide the same or even better quality. Luckily, developments in various fields of industry have brought about many new options for your bathroom.

For example, low-flow toilets and faucets significantly reduce the amount of water used, thus lowering your utility bill significantly. Also, low-flow aerators can now be easily installed on both old and new faucets, which means you don’t need to change the whole fixture.

Another useful feature is an activation sensor, which is also supposed to contribute to reducing the water waste. Similarly, some contemporary shower heads can actually regulate water droplet size and speed, spray coverage and temperature, thus giving you the good old feeling with far less water used.

Furniture Design

The idea is to go for a minimalist look and conceal as much as possible. Sliding panels are used to hide various fixtures and provide new functions, such as those of a powder room bench or a surface to lay on and sunbathe.

Cabinets are designed to revolve 180-degrees in order to provide easy storage access, while shower seats, towel bars and walk-in tubs are no longer aiming to provide only functionality, but they are quite stylish, as well.

Finally, hand grips are designed not only to provide safety, but the materials used (chrome and brushed nickel) give them the contemporary look which suits pretty much any bath design, while more and more companies are producing foldaway seats for showers with limited space.

Tiles, Wonderful Tiles

Most modern bathroom designs are aiming to create a spa-like atmosphere, both in terms of the feeling you get and the aesthetic component. In order to achieve that, large tiles are used and the most popular look is metal. Some manufacturers combine traditional ceramic tiles with metallic granules and the result is a clean, industrial look.

So, as you can see, the trends are developing in two major directions. The first one is related to efficiency and environment-friendliness. Everything is done to minimize the unnecessary waste of energy and water, thus reducing your utility bill.

Another direction is the appearance. Clean, simple lines are used to create a minimalist look, while options to conceal fixtures that are not in use are fully exploited. The use of color and lights is there only to enhance the spa-like atmosphere, which is the ultimate goal of modern bathroom design.

Kevin lives in Tinley Park with his wife, Rona, 18 month old son, Jack and furry friend Tickles, the family Chihuahua. Rona owns a marketing company and takes care of the marketing needs at KSP. The family enjoys going out to dinner, cooking together and spending time at home with Jack. Kevin and Rona love the fact that Jack already seems interested in the family business.

“Jack loves to put on daddy’s boots, walk to the door and say bye-bye!” Rona said. “He already wants to go to work with daddy. Jack will get up on the kitchen stool with a pen and paper and take messages on his phone.”

Kevin and Rona also make an effort to stay involved with local charities and participate in charitable events in the surrounding villages. The family recently volunteered at St. Chris for the Thanksgiving Holiday and participate in cancer and lupus walks every year.

When looking for a plumber, Kevin urges customers to make well-educated decisions.

“I always suggest looking at online reviews before choosing a plumber,” Kevin said. “It’s also important that the plumber you choose is a licensed plumber. A lot of remodelers don’t use a licensed plumber so I urge rehabbers and tilers to make sure the plumbing is done by a professional so that it doesn’t ruin your new remodel job.”

Kevin and his team stand behind the work they do and feel privileged to serve the communities they work in.

“We are reliable, honest, and hardworking and we take pride in our same day service,”

Kevin said. “I love what I do and who I work with. Our community and customer base is very loyal and I think it’s because we do good work for good people. It’s a pleasure doing work for them.”
