We all love chili. Whether it's our neighbors Super Bowl Chili or grandma's Insanely Crazy Chili. Some of us have travelled far to search for the perfect chili, others are lucky enough to find it in there neighborhood. Nobody could deny good chili.
I love food. I really love chili. When I found out that I was one of the lucky people selected to judge the chili contest in this years Chili Cook off in Orland Park, I cleared my schedule and began preparing.
I've had really good chili, but I've never been lucky enough to taste over 30 different chili's the same day. I'm excited and nervous at the same time. What if I love them all? What if I'm enjoying my self soo much, that I forget to jot down all my information? Who am I kidding? I will do great. I will wake up tomorrow and take my oath as a Chili Judge. I will promise to honor and obey the oath. I Kevin Szabo Jr will be the Best Chili Judge ever.
